  • 很多人為了減肥都不吃午餐或是吃很少,其實真的要減肥的話應該是晚餐早點吃再搭配運動,這樣會更有效果喔..
  • 我覺得「提醒自己少吃一口」最重要,同事間一起吃午餐不知不覺的就會全吃完,所以要提醒自己食物的份量少一些,才不會囤積脂肪。
