Balenciaga  in  US  is  cheaper  than  Paris.  But  she  agrees  that  your  friend  will  get  better  price  in  Paris  as  tax  refund  and  save  the  customer  duty.

Aloharag  will  cover  shipping  if  bag  is  over  US$500.    They  will  declare  1/4  of  bag`s  value  to  save  your  custom  duty.    (Sorry  for  typing  mistake  on  report  1.)

Junpei  suggests  buy  one  first  to  save  or  avoid  custom  duty.  (Small  amount  maybe  no  custome  duty)
There  is  no  discount  if  you  purchase  two.
