I  am  pleased  to  inform  you  that  the  attached  TAXUS  ATLAS  abstract  on  which  you  are  a  co-author  has  been  accepted  as  an  electronic  poster  at  TCT. 


In  accordance  with  the  TCT  e-poster  guidelines  listed  below,  we  will  need  to  disclose  conflict  of  interest  information  for  each  of  you.


"All  slide  presentations  MUST  begin  with  a  �"disclosure  of  conflicts"statement  for  each  author/coauthor  listed  on  the  abstract.  If  presenters  have  nothing  to  disclose,  this  must  be  stated.  In  addition,  presenters  must  disclose  any  relevant  industry  relationships  of  their  spouse  or  partner."
