Cheese Cake
Preparation time: 30mins Baking time: 1hr (then leave it cool down)
Ingredients: 200g ginger snaps biscuits (crushed)
50g butter (melted)
2*200g full fat soft cheese
50g caster sugar
3 medium sized eggs
15ml cornflour (sifted)
142ml double cream
