I  got  the  same  problem  as  you  gals`  but  mine  caused  by  breastfeeding.

What  I  did  is  using  Fenugreek  powder  paste  for  30  min  once  a  week,  here  is  how  :

1)  2  spoons  of  FG  powder,  mix  w/2  spoons  Olive  oil  (like  you  would  do  pancake!)  break  one  cap  of  EPO  then  blend  in  a  bowl.

2)  pour  on  Clear  Food  wrap  (long  enough  to  wrap  TWICE  your  boobs  size)  and  slowly  put  on  your  boobies  then  wrap  them!

3)  if  you  have  heating  pad  ,  use  for  30  min.(don`t  overdo  it!) 

I  did  that  for  about  2  months  and  got  very  full  and  firm  breasts.

You  can  find  Olive  oi  (for  cooking)l  in  strore,  th  FG  powder(胡盧巴粉  )
in  some  Chinese  herbal  store  or  Spices  Store.  EPO  is  Evening  Primrose  Oil  =月見草油.

可能要做健胸。按摩穴點可能要對，可能回去也要勤勞用豐胸堅挺霜或用安瓶導入（能刺激乳房，乳房支撐組織的彈力與張力）內衣可能要看一下是否要換了，希望對妳有幫助。。。。

我知道有一家在特價4300(美胸豐盈強效安瓶(10支-每支5ML)+豐胸堅挺霜100ML.)
