You  can  buy  it  at  beauty  supply  stores,  there`s  a  few  on  East  Broadway.  You  can  also  try  those  hair  product  places,  there`s  one  on  the  2nd  floor  of  Yaohan  that  carries  alot  of  products(not  sure  if  they  have  it  though)

There  is  a  beauty  supply  wholesale  store  in  Queenbrough  landing  shopping  centre(besides  New  West  Queensbrough  Bridge).

i  saw  it  at  a  Japanese  supermarket  near  E-Spot  in  Richmond.  it  only  $1.80.  It`s  in  the  court  of  the  closed  down  furniture  shop..go  in  from  Alderbridge.
