美國 / LA downtown治安很差?!

真的治安很不好,  我在  FIDM  附近工作(大概離2-3  blocks,  常常看到  FIDM的學生),  如果課都在白天,  那住附近或許還Ok,  但晚上真的治安不好,  不要一個人走在街上. 

至於附近比較好的區,  how  much  is  your  budget  for  rent?  (如果要離downtown  開車不超過30  min...i  can  only  think  of  k-town)  if  rent  is  a  consideration,  perhaps  consider  alhambra,  rosmead,  temple  city,  san  gabriel  where  rent  may  be  cheaper.  (因為我是住家裡,所以不是很確定)

especially  if  you  need  to  take  the  freeway,  traffic  will  be  bad  and  for  sure  it  will  be  over  30  min  drive  no  matter  where  you  live.

i  drive  to  work  (taking  local  streets,  no  freeway)  takes  about  40-45  min  every  morning/afternoon  (i  leave  my  house  at  7:15am,  and  leave  from  work  at  4pm)給你做參考.

不好意思打英文比較快

我也是在downtown上班
如果你要走路的話白天可以晚上萬萬不能
downtown晚上流浪漢很多
就算開車經過也一定要記得鎖門

FIDM附近有一些管理還不錯的大樓
相隔大約一兩個block
不過south  park那一區比較貴
每月租金大概都要從1300起跳(而且還是studio)
two  bedroom或loft要2000左右
學生的話能找到多點人一起住比較划算

Korean  town我覺得狀況也不是說很好
我有朋友到那附近差點被搶
而且舊房子比較多

北downtown的bunker  hill區
也是有類似大樓管理的那種
比學校附近便宜一些
不過還是要近千元

downtown還有就是靠近China  town一帶
價位比較便宜
到FIDM走free  way或local都可

華人區可以跟人合租
價格會比FIDM附近便宜很多(快一半吧)
不塞車走free  way二十分鐘就到了
不過尖峰時間就如樓上的朋友說的狀況很差

真的要治安好要去西邊UCLA或Culver  City一帶
不然就是Beverly那附近
不過也是碰到塞車會比較麻煩
