GMARKET 出貨延遲好久.....

請問有人遇過這樣子的情況嗎？
我在7/8下了一筆訂單，一直到現在還沒有收到貨。
查詢的狀況都是顯示所有商品已經都到集貨中心處理中了（三個包裹的圖案）
但是遲遲沒有寄出。
我寫了3封信去問他們的客服人員
他們3封信的回覆都是：
Dear Customer,

Thank you for using Gmarket,

We forwarded email to international shipping department

to trace the location of your items. As soon as we get

an answer from the department, we will ship it out asap.

If the status of the "Delivery" does not change within

3 business days. Please repost the question, so we could

work things out.

我已經回覆過我沒有收到東西了，但他們依然發給我相同的信件，叫我在等3天
這到底該怎麼辦才好
天阿....我要什麼時候才可以拿到東西呀..............................
