The  "BBB產品"  department  will  separate  from  AAA  and  will  form  a  subsidiary  company.  Afterward,  all  the  business  activities  related  to  "BBB產品"  will  be  transferred  to  the  new  company,  and  will  be  operated  independently.

Please  be  informed  that  effective  immediately  (or  on  [01-Jan-2009]),  the  business  of  product“BBB”is  transferred  to  CCC  Corp,  a  child  company  of  AAA  Corp.    All  sales  inquiries  and  services  for  product“BBB”will  be  forwarded  to  and  solely  handled  by  CCC  Corp.
