I  agree  with  Jeff`s  response. 
Every  container  has  6%  outthrows  according  to 
the  mill.    I  doubt  that.  There  are  only  3   
photos  of  containers  with  the  doors  closed. 
That  doesn`t  help  make  the  mill`s  case. 
The  other  photos  just  show  loose  paper  all 
over  the  floor.  We  feel  the  claim  is  way  excessive.  If  you  weighed  all  the  outthrows 
you  wouldn`t  get  30+  tons.  That  is  almost  2  containers  worth.  Show  me  the  weight  tickets 
of  material  that  they  actually  disposed  that 
they  want  $2,010  for.  Does  it  cost  $1000  per 
load  for  transportation.  I  doubt  that.  How 
does  the  mill  get  the  10  %  anyway?  6%  out 
throws  and  4%  prohibitives  in  each  container 
for  a  10%  total.  We  had  3  different  Smurfit  plants  ship  on  the  is  order.  They  all  cannot  s
hip  the  same  amount  of  questionable  material. 
I`m  ready  to  deny  this  claim.
