去年年底改的政策，現在都要去按指紋

我已經  submit  了  online  application

然後print  out  了  Application  還有  VISA4UK  Appointment  booking  Confirmation


按指紋是要去  USCIS  ASC  Manhattan  Application  Support  Center  在  Houston  street


但是文件中又說:
"  all  your  supporting  documents  confirmation  form  should  be  mailed  to  the  visa  issuing  office  within  2  weeks  of  having  your  biometrics  taken.
這些是要寄到  3rd  ave.  的  British  Consulate  General  New  York


請問我是要先寄這些還是先去按指紋阿?  按完指紋會馬上拿到用好的了的簽證嗎?
