英文請教請幫我T_T

今天中午我在美國ebay刊登了一項商品,很莫名其妙的,這項商品沒辦法從正常方式搜尋到,無論是用關鍵字或用價格等方式排序都看不看,唯一可以找到的是用"物品編號"的方式搜尋,等於根本不會有人看到我的拍賣T_T

於是我寫了一封簡單的信問他們,他們給我的回覆似乎他們在作一些例行的重整,然後我又正好修改商品資訊

Your  item  didn`t  come  up  in  your  searches,  because  our  system  was  most 
likely  still  indexing  it  for  inclusion  in  the  Search  database. 

We  run  several  indexing  cycles  for  Search  on  a  daily  basis.  However,  it 
can  take  several  hours  to  fully  index  the  information  that  we  receive, 
because  our  Search  system  tracks  a  lot  of  information  for  every  listing 
on  eBay.  The  listing  information  includes  titles,  descriptions,  the 
auction  start  and  end  times,  the  seller,  the  bidders,  and  the  bids. 

If  you  revise  your  listing  shortly  after  submitting  it,  it  may  take  even 
more  time  to  index  the  information. 

問題是現在已經超過六小時了,情況還是一樣，所以想請他們退錢給我，請幫我看這樣寫可以嗎？謝謝!!!
