請教contract裡的英文

Payment  documents:
-Commercial  invoice:  03  origins,  02  copies
-Bill  of  landing:  03  origins,  02  copies
-Certificate  of  quality  issued  by  the  Seller:  02  origins
-Certificate  of  Origin  issued  by  Chinese  Chamber  of  Commerce:  01  origin,  02  copies
-Detailed  Packing  list:  03  origins,  02  copies

第一個是要發票嘛
第二個是貨物提單嗎?
第三個是賣家的品質證明
第四個是什麼東西?
第五個是包裝物明細

All  banking  charges  outside  VietNam  will  be  borne  by  the  Seller
All  banking  charges  inside  VietNam  will  be  borne  by  the  Buyer
銀行所有的外部/內部費用會由賣方/買方來承擔
這個我不大懂??
