So  you  are  asking  if  you  can  see  items  in  your  watchlist  that  has  been  relisted?

You  cannot.    The  only  way  you  can  see  relist  information  is  if  the  item  you  were  watching  ended  without  a  bid  then  got  relisted  later.  EBay  sends  you  an  email  when  that  item  you  were  watching  has  been  relisted.
