BOOKING  CONDITIONS
1. You  are  required  to  confirm  full  details  of  the  tour  at  least  four  weeks  before  the  arrival  of  the  group.    Details  should  include  flight  arrival  and  departure  information  and  a  full  name  list  including  age,  sex  and  homestay  pairing  requests.    GEOS  Sydney  will  only  start  tour  preparations  once  these  details  are  confirmed. 
2. Study  tours  including  visits  to  NSW  public  schools  require  confirmation  of  student  numbers  and  names  8  weeks  in  advance  of  arrival.
3. A  non-refundable  10%  deposit  is  payable  at  the  time  of  confirmation,  that  is,  four  weeks  before  the  arrival  of  the  group. 
4. The  remaining  fees  (90%)  must  be  paid  at  least  two  weeks  prior  to  the  arrival  of  the  group.    In  the  case  of  visa  rejections,  these  fees  are  fully  refundable.    No  homestay  lists  will  be  provided  until  payment  in  full  has  been  received.
5. Charges  apply  if  the  tour  is  cancelled,  or  if  significant  changes  are  made  to  the  tour  details,  less  than  two  weeks  before  the  arrival  of  the  group.    The  cancellation  charge  will  be  50%  of  the  final  payment.

BOOKING  CONDITIONS

6. This  study  tour  price  is  based  on  a  minimum  of  15  students.    A  number  below  this  will  result  in  re-costing.
7. Accommodation  is  based  upon  twin-share  accommodation  –  two  students  sharing  one  room.    Single  accommodation  requests  will  incur  a  higher  cost.
8. This  study  tour  prices  is  valid  until  31  December  2007. 
9. Study  tour  students  must  be  10  years  of  age  or  over.
10. Study  tour  students  are  enrolled  in  our  holiday  programs  –  they  are  not  entitled  to  move  into  our  General  English  classes  and  they  must  attend  all  activities.

11. An  escort  must  accompany  the  group.
12. Escorts  who  accompany  the  group  must  speak  good  English  and  are  required  to  supervise  the  group  as  per  the  instructions  of  St  Mark’s  College  staff.
13. Escorts  must  go  on  all  excursions  with  their  student  group
14. Escorts  are  required  to  have  a  working  mobile  phone  and  be  contactable  24  hours  a  day,  7  days  a  week  whilst  in  Sydney.
15. Escorts  are  not  permitted  to  visit  homestay  families.    All  issues  with  homestay  families  must  be  dealt  with  through  GEOS  St.  Mark’s  International  College,  Sydney  staff.

16. Changes  of  homestay  families  requested  once  the  students  have  moved  in  will  incur  a  $50  placement  fee  plus  two  weeks  additional  homestay  fee  in  lieu  of  notice.
17. Please  bear  in  mind  that  Sydney  is  a  modern,  spread-out  Australasian  city.    All  students  will  be  within  45  minutes  traveling  time  of  the  campus  but  due  to  the  Sydney  transport  system  this  may  mean  that  they  are  well  spread  across  the  city.
18. Due  to  high  demand  at  peak  study  tour  times,  GEOS  St  Mark’s  International  College  will  at  times  have  to  outsource  its  homestay  placements  to  external  homestay  companies.
19. Special  homestay  requests  will  be  considered  but  may  not  be  able  to  be  met  due  to  high  demand  during  study  tour  season.
20. GEOS  St  Mark’s  International  College  cannot  guarantee  mixed  nationality  study  tour  classes.    While  it  will  endeavour  to  meet  such  requests,  there  is  no  guarantee  that  study  tours  from  other  countries  will  be  at  the  College  at  the  same  time.    At  all  times,  students  will  first  and  foremost  be  allocated  to  classes  according  to  their  English  language  ability  and  level,  rather  than  according  to  nationality.

21. Agents  are  required  to  ensure  that  the  students’  families  in  their  home  country  have  an  up-to-date  copy  of  the  itineraries  for  the  students’  study  tour.
22. Agents  must  inform  the  students  and  their  families  of  the  type  of  food  and  living  conditions  they  should  expect  in  Sydney.
23. Students  must  purchase  a  phone  calling  card  if  they  wish  to  phone  home  from  their  homestay  house.
24. Students  and  their  families  are  liable  for  any  damage  they  cause  in  homestay  homes.
25. Acceptable  standards  of  behaviour  are  required  and  expected.    Failure  to  behave  in  an  acceptable  manner  may  result  in  students  being  sent  home.    In  such  instances,  no  refund  will  be  made.

BOOKING    CONDITIONS--預約/訂位條款(須注意事項)
1.你必須在抵達四週前確認所有旅行(行程)細節部分。細節部分包含，飛機班機出發和回程的資料(資訊)，一張個人資料清單：全名、年紀、性別、住宿家庭的要求！在GEOS  sydney收到這些確認資料後，才會開始所有的行程準備部份！

2.遊學有包含拜訪(參觀)NSW公立學校，在抵達前8星期，需告知確定的拜訪(參觀)學生人數及學生名字。

3.在確認旅行行程的同時，可先支付旅行費用10%的保證金(不可退還之保證金)，約在抵達4星期前。

4.剩下的90%費用必須至少在出發兩星期前支付完畢。萬一這筆費用被VISA公司拒絕給付，是可以完全退還。在收到旅程全部費用前，住宿家庭名單是不會被提供的。

5.抵達前兩星期內，若行程被取消或是行程細節內容有重大更改，將會收取某些(額外)費用。取消行程，將收取總費用的50%。

6.此遊學團費用是根據至少15人學生(來計算)。學生人數少於15人，費用將會重新計算。

7.住宿基本是以兩人一間房為主。指定單人房，將會收取更高的費用。

8.此遊學團的價格費用，有效期限至2007年12月31日。

9.參加此遊學團的學生年齡必須在10歲以上。

10.遊學團學生參加我們的假期課程(團)，將不會參與我們普通/平常的英文課程，並且需參加所有的活動。(這英文有點怪怪的)

14.陪同人員必須要有能正常運作(功能正常)的手機，並且在雪梨時，必須每天24小時(隨時隨地)都能夠被連絡到

15.陪同人員是不被允許去拜訪(學生)住宿家庭。所有有關住宿家庭的問題必須是透過GEOS    t.Mark’s    International  College,Sydney的工作人員來處理、解決。
