救命阿~  這個禮拜要上台講英文食譜，請英文達人幫我修正稿子，感激不敬阿~ 

I  want  to  introduce  how  to  do  the  triangle  rice  regiment.  So  we  need  to  prepare  the  sushi  rice,  the  laver,  the  ham  ,the  mayonnaise  ,the  cucumber,  the  carrot,  the  egg  skin  and  the  bamboo  curtain.  All  material  Slivers  the  strip  shape  other  than  sushi  rice.
First  we  will  make  the  shshi  rice.  We  need  to  prepare  the  rice  of  蓬萊,  the  white  vinegar,  the  refined  sugar  and  the  salt.

method: 
Boils  thoroughly  the  rice  cleaning.  Enters  the  right  amount  sushi  vinegar  while  the  hot  mix  to  treat  coolly. 
After  the  shshi  rice,  we  star  to  make  the  triangle  rice  regiment.  Put  the  laver  on  the  bamboo  curtain  then  spreading  up  the  sushi  rice  then  put  cucumber,  carrot,  egg  and  Pushes  the  salad  dressing.  Than  use  the  bamboo  screen  curls  up  the  compaction  and  makes  it  to  be  deltoid.  Than  cut  it.
