可以幫我看看文法對不對嗎

其實我很不會用had，所以幫不上你~但是你的句子就是說不出的怪~那個at  last放在那裡好奇怪~你是想說最終嗎﹖
如果是我我會直接寫The  house  that  my  parents  had  planned  to  sell  was  finally  sold  last  month.   

那個是一個考題
括號裡的是正確答案
可是我就是覺得他很怪>"<
所以才上來求救
我就是覺得要嘛()前面加個which或是that[到底哪一個]
要嘛  就是had  been的been去掉

The  house  (my  parents  had  been  planning  to  sell)  was  at  last  sold  last  month.

就像你說的，括號內的文字是在修飾the  house
括號是一個形容詞子句，子句的意思就是它是一個小句子(這好像廢話^^!!)
他在他本身括號內的小世界只有一個動詞  had  been  planning，所以合文法
但是等他出來外面的世界時，就把它當作放在名詞後的形容詞  (通常形容詞放在名詞前，e.g.  a  big  dog)
所以外面的大世界其實還是只有一個動詞was
句子本身的結構是:
主詞+  形容詞+  動詞  +  時間blah  blah...etc.
the  house  +  ()  +  was  +  blah  blah...etc.

希望我有解釋清楚，文法難以言喻啊....

The    house    (my    parents    had    been    planning    to    sell)    was    at    last    sold    last    month.

若把句子分開
分別是
The    house  was    at    last    sold    last    month.
My    parents    had    been    planning    to    sell  the    house.

要把句子合在一起
不用在()前面+個that嗎

我也認為那  at  last  很奇怪... 

要用at  last  了話  我會止寫  the  house  (my  parents  had  been  planning  to  sell)  was  sold  at  last.

or..        the  house  that  my  parents  had  been  planning  to  sell  was  sold  last  month

因為房子已經賣掉,  你的父母此刻不再計畫賣房子,  那個計畫成為過去式,  所以用Had是正確的.

我有疑慮的是been
在()前面沒有that  或是  which 
been的存在  不會造成一個句子  有2個動詞嗎?

可是我有疑慮的是
had  been  在()沒有that  或  which  的引導下
不會造成一個句子有2個動詞嗎

是很怪，

但應該要有comma

就主句應該是 
The  house  was  at  last  sold  last  month.

然後
my  parents  had  been  planning  to  sell
是用來形容The  House

啊,  原來是問had  been.  The  house  my  parents  had  been  planning  to  sell  et  cetra是完全正確的,  當然要加個that會更好,  可是沒有的話文法還是正確的,  沒有所謂出現兩個動詞的問題.  千萬不能加逗號變成The  house,  my  parents  had  been  planning  to  sell,  這樣句子完全doesn`t  make  sense,  是錯誤的.

which  或  that  作用是連接二個句子時是可以省略的

像這個例子

The  house  (that)  my  parents  had  been  planning  to  sell  was  sold  ......

所以這個句子的的that被省略了

所以並沒有一個句子有二個動詞的問題

(at  last)  sold  at  last  month

        ↑

唸起來好饒舌喔=  =感覺多此一舉....

had        been        planning       
要有been是因為被動式
The  house是主詞,"被(過去ing)"my  parents...
所以是had        been        planning

YOMAMA的話：
which    或    that    作用是連接二個句子時是可以省略的
