A  Private  room  out  of  a  2  bedroom  apartment  for  rent  at  Midtown  West  (35  st  /8Ave)  starting  from  1/1/2007.

The  apartment  is  located  in  the  most  convenient  area  in  Midtown  West.  Same  block  for  A  C  E  trains,  one  block  for  1239  lines  and  2  blocks  for  most  of  all  the  major  subway  lines.  24  hours  Duane  Reade,  Kmart,  24  hours  postal  office,  Macy`s  and  all  fine  shoppings  are  all  within  5  minutes  walk. 

The  apartment    includes  big  kitchen,  bathroom  and  living  room.  All  newly  renovated,  clean  and  nicely  painted.  The  room  looking  for  roommate  is  the  smaller  bedroom.  There  are  A  twin  size  mattress  and  a  closet  in  the  room.  But  feel  free  to  use  the  living  room  area.

A  little  bit  about  myself...I  am  a  Taiwanese  young  professional  in  my  20s.  I  am  working  as  an  Art  Director  in  the  advertising  agency.I  am  very  respectful,  friendly,  clean  and  quite.  I  have  a  cat.  The  Cat  is  very  quite,  friendly  and  attached  to  people.
For  the  month  of  January  to  March  my  boyfriend  is  temporary  living  with  me. 

I  am  Looking  for  a  non-smoking  Asian  female  roommate  with  similar  character. 

The  rent  will  be  850+utility.  (Gas,  Electricity,  wireless  high  speed  internet,  and  cable  TV  as  optional)  Utility  ususally  runs  70-90  per  person.
