Help!!絕世好履歷沒辦法安裝...

想請問各位電腦高手:  我已經下載絕世好履歷,  卻辦法安裝,  會出現『An  1/0  error  occured  while  installing  a  file.  This  is  normally  caused  by  bad  installation  media  or  a  corrupt    installation  .』請問有人知道為什麼嗎?是不是我電腦少了某些安裝必須的程式?
