只要在入住日期前的24至36小時
前取消便不會有任何費用
(依各飯店規定而不同)
不須做如此清楚的解釋
只要說
"Please  cancel  my  room  reservation  for  March  29."
記得要取得confirmation或reference  number.

Dear  Sirs,

Regarding  the  reservation  of  Mar.  29,  2006  in  Grand  Continental  Hotel  Siena,  would  you  accept  my  cancellation  or  re-booking  since  the  accommodation  date  I  booked  was  totally  wrong?
I  actually  won`t  be  in  Italy  till  May.

Kindly  cancel  the  incorrect  reservation  for  me.
Furthermore,  will  the  cancellation  cause  any  charge  or  free  of  charge?
