如果是我    我會把整個過程解釋一遍    然後要求退款
例如：

Hello,

This  is  XXX.  I  placed  an  order  from  XXX.com  to  purchase  your  product  "XXX".  The  order  number  is  xxxxxxx.  I  received  an  email  from  your  customer  service  department  on  (日期)  mentioning  that  you  would  not  receive  any  order  from  asia.  However,  I  found  from  my  credit  card  bill  that  you  had  charge  $xxxx  to  my  credit  card  for  the  product.  Please  let  me  know  what  I  should  do  to  get  the  refund.

自己覺得應該用accept不是receive
