我們公司的做法是這樣啦!
會先mail通知客人,
並告知會將差額在下一個Invoice  no.上補收,
待客人cfmed,我們會在下一個invoice`s  total  加上
應補收金額即可!

Ex:
Invoice  no.222

description              FOB  XX      amount
1....                        @10.00          $100         
2....                        @                    $200
3....                        @                    $300
------------------------------------------
Total                                              $600
Invoice  no.  111                          $200
                                                    ---------
                                                        $800
                                                    =========       

Outstanding  payment  ---未清帳款...

also  include  the  PO  no.  that  will  be  more  clear..Thanks
