急~~請各位電腦高手幫我看看我的電腦發生什麼問題了...謝謝!!

今天我的電腦出現了以下訊息...
A  problem  has  been  detected  and  windows  has  been  shut  down  to  prevent  damage  to  your  computer.
If  this  is  the  first  time  you`ve  seen  this  stop  error  screen,restart  your  computer.
If  this  screen  appears  again,  follow  these  step:
check  to  be  sure  you  have  adequate  disk  space.If  a  driver  is  identified  in  the  stop  message,  disable  the  driver  or  check  with  the  manufacturer  for  drier  updates,  Try  changing  video  adapters.
Check  with  your  hardware  vendor  for  any  BIOS  updates.  Disable  BIOS  memory  options  such  as  caching  or  shadowing.  If  you  need  to  use  safe  mode  to  remove  or  disable  components,  restart  your  computer,  press  F8  to  select  advanced  startup  options,  and  the  select  safe  mode.

當我關機重開時,電腦還可以正常運作..
但當我再次關機重開時,就又出現此一訊息...
請各位電腦高手可以幫我看看我的電腦是出現了什麼問題了嗎??
