you`ll  want  to  right-click  and  `save  target  as`  or  `save  link  as`  to  download  it  to  your  computer  --  i`d  recommend  downloading  the  larger  file  (54mb). 

you  need  to  rename  the  file  (as  it  recommends)  otherwise  you`ll  get  an  error  when  you  try  and  play  it.
