如果你直接問"他哪時回來"就用正常的疑問句 
when  "will    he"  be  back?

如果在這疑問句之前你要加
Do  you  know...
Can  you  tell  me...等的話
加在後面的原來的疑問句就要變成肯定句
Do  you  know  when  "he  will"  be  back?
Can  you  tell  me  when  "he  will"  be  back?
