復數還單數

這裡的  mountain  是名詞吧?

動詞有分單複數的嗎?

the    Green    Mountains    of    Vermont   

每一字開頭都大寫
應是專有名詞
背起來就是了

mountain複數要加s

mountain是名詞吧…

前面有網友說,the  Green  Mountains  of  Vermont,前面有定冠詞,第一個字母皆大寫,所以是專有名詞.

這邊主詞是the    Green    Mountains    of    Vermont,為單數.(如果是  the  green  mountains  of  Vermont,那主詞就是複數.)

所以動詞應該使用單數的is!

我也覺得這題應該是單數

Green    Mountains    of    Vermont    當然是要用  "are"  來當  be  動詞,  是無庸置疑的.  因為  Green  Mountains  是山群.
