求助!請幫我看一下這封英文信的內容
我在網路上買了一個軟體,可是我弄錯了,因為也一直沒有收到對方的回應,所以我也沒理他,但今天收到一封信,請問對方已請款了嗎?(當時我有留信用卡號碼)我還可以取消嗎?謝謝幫忙!!!
