救命啊~請問這些英文怎麼說?

To whom it may concern,

I have ordered (你買的東西) from your website on (日期), but, I have cancelled my order on (取消日期) and received a confirmation letter. However, I found out that the amount was still charged to my credit card. Could you please explain the situation ot me!

照道理他們會從你的信用卡扣款再把錢退給你...
信裡也是這樣講的..
