第一個:湯姆 和 我 "互相"照顧這隻病狗...each other 的用法是:Tom and I looked at each other湯姆與我彼此看著對方....感覺一下啦

actually, the whole sentense just don`t make sense , where did you find the sentence, you can say : tom and i watched the sick dog together. or one ater the other, tom and i watched the sick dog. good luck
