The only place to purchase Victoria`s Secret clothing is through their catalogue or their website www.victoriassecret.com.  I would recommend this outlet center right outside of LA (about an hour drive on I-10 east, sorry I don`t remember the name of the outlet center).  You can also go to Melrose to shop for cheaper clothing.  For name brand... Rodeo Drive of course!  You should also stop the The Grove, it`s an outdoor mall, a little different from all the other malls.  I think Califoria tax rate is about 8.5% (don`t quote me on this, I am not absolutely positive about it) Have fun!
