急問∼2300000英文怎唸？

two million three hundred thousand

or...two point three million...2.3 million.

可以說 two thousand and three hundred thousands 嗎？

那樣就變成2000.003了耶...."and"在英文數字
唸法裡是小數點的意思喔~~ 2 million 3 hundred thousan & 2.3 million是正確的唸法喔~

但我在英國學ㄉ是two million and three hundred thousands .....小數點是"point"ㄟ???why??

小數點在字後面要加 "th"
像 "tenth" "hundredth" "thousandth"

1,000=one thousand
10,000=ten thousand
100,000=one hundred thousand

1,000,000=one million
10,000,000=ten million
100,000,000=one hundred million

依此類推
2,300,000
two million, and three hundred thousand
或者two point three million也就是2.3萬

可是我老師說"and"是小數點不能隨便亂加..... point也可以~ PS他是美國人

two point three million is correct.
'and' 用在錢數字上是指小數點後, e.g., 23 dollar and 45 cents = $23.45

美國人講數字蠻口語化的，有時"$1.75"也有人講one seventy-five.記得有一部電影，女主角去買東西問價錢，sales說two seventy five(意思:$275)，但女主角卻給$2.75.
所以，如樓上講的，"and""通常"是指金錢的小數點，但不是一定。要講$2.75最保險最正確的是"2 dollars and 75 cents."
