在過去我曾到過許多餐廳,也喜愛享受在餐廳裡用餐的氣氛,而個人最喜愛的餐廳當屬位於An-Ho Road Taipei上的”ren jian quan wu(人間泉五)”了.這是Shintori Restaurant Co., LTD.旗下的第五間店.
整間店自入口處以一面灰色的牆區分成左右兩區,左邊用餐,右邊則為包括了吧台的酒餚區.
用餐區以chic的gray color tones為基色,間雜以玻璃的無色彩,以及銅質的金屬冷調,呈現出一種後現代的風格,清冷而疏離.灰色的小方桌配上柔和的間接照明,朦朧的感覺更添幾分美感.
吧台區往下三.四層的梯階,分隔了走道和完整的放鬆區間,這兒依舊是以具現代感的灰色為底色,牆面下部挖空的間接照明,再加上罩有麻紗燈罩的立燈,反映在銅質的桌面上,不由得讓人easy了起來,或是慵懶地靠在白棉布沙發上休息,或是坐在同系列的圓椅上高談闊論,甚至是直接坐在梯階的墊子上側頭聆聽…總之,在這你最找不到的就是擁擠的感覺。
今日所介紹的”ren jian quan wu(人間泉五)” 算是間cuisine creative走向的Lounge Restaurant.在此推薦給各位.

I have been to a number of restaurants in the past as I enjoy the atmosphere while dining out. One that I absolutely adore is located in Taipei on An-Ho Road, "ren jian quan wu". This restaurant is the fifth asset of Shintori Restaurant Co, Ltd.
At the entrance of this restaurant, a gray wall split the whole area into two small sections, one is for dining purpose on the left and the other is the bar on the right.
The dining area uses gray color tone as basic color, 間雜以玻璃的無色彩(不懂?), and use of the bronze style metalics tone to express coolness. The whole interior in this area creates a modern and futuristic sense.

The reflection of light on the gray squared table expressed the attractiveness of imprecision.
The bar area is engraved three to four stairs-height below normal floor level, kept away from the corridor and comes to the relaxation section of the restaurant.
This section also inherits the base color of modern - gray. 牆面下部挖空的間接照明,再加上有麻紗燈罩的立燈, reflect on the bronze table, the customers would automatically feel relaxed. They may chose to rest and laid back on the white cotton-fabric coated sofa, or have a good debate on the small section with same styles of round chairs, even just sit on the cushion placed on the stairs and 聆聽(?). One thing you'll never find here is the over flooding of people and the busy lifestyle you may have.
This restaurant "ren jian quan wu(人間泉五" is a cuisine creative type of Lounge Restaurant. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

其實我翻譯真的翻的不好. 因為有些中文詞, 英文不知道該如何表達. 比如說.."優雅" ...英文好像沒這個詞@@? 類似的只有 classy (高貴)
