I like 彩日本料理 and I think it's around NT1,000. It's better to make a reservation if u have a big party, otherwise it's ok. Ziga zaga is around 400-800NT per person (it was a while ago, not really sure) and the food there is ok, not bad but not awesome either. But I like the atmosphere there, u can go for a romantic dinner. After the dinner, u can stay and listen to the band.....
