I ordered a pair of shoes and clothes from your website recently(data??) and made the payment via my credit card. After checking the account of my credit card, I found out that you charged the payment TWICE to my credit card by mistake.

I wouls like to receive the notice of payment cancellation from you in three days. Or I will be forced to contact my credit card company and have it stop the payment transferring.
