鮮少日本風的店
不過像A&F, Gap, Banana Republic 是真的比較便宜
因為不用加稅
至於大名牌 也普普囉
就算LV或Gucci
貨色都粉少
因為這州以老年人居多
不像加州或東岸較多年輕或是時髦一點的美眉

不過若你是波特蘭居民
去西雅圖逛街的話
也可以免稅
只要秀你的ID就好了

Compare to Seattle, living in Portland is much cheaper. But not much fancy and trendy stuff here ...>.<"......Yet it just takes 3 hours driving from Portland to Seattle if you really want to go shopping in Seattle, which is not bad.

Actually, I've been here for almost 2 years and will go back to Taiwan this summer for good....

Basically, Portland is a very beautiful city and the overall environment is nice and peaceful....many people like it.

I believe that the school you've been to was University of Portland(UP), which is very beautiful and with good ranking among the North-West schools. I think it is a private school and the tuition is kind of expensive.
