<br> 很多人都會被涼爽的天氣騙到忘了防曬(包括我自己)，但一年四季其實都要做好防曬工作，我都一直告訴自己:要擦防曬，要擦防曬....，不然有時真的會忘(///▽///)

感謝版主的提醒喔 一般都會覺得已經過了炎熱的夏天夏天就可以偷懶了啊 但是殊不知秋老虎的威力卻是更嚇人的啊 所以要隨時做好防曬啊

已經是農曆的8月中<br /> <br /> 可是還是一樣豔陽高照<br /> <br /> 臉曬黑的速度高於手腳<br /> <br /> 但臉的防曬目前是選35 SPF 的
