想吃麻婆豆腐, 豬絞肉是大問題(基本上在美國我已不吃豬肉)<br />
想了下, 我買了義大利香腸, 剪破腸衣...豬絞肉到手而且還沒腥味<br />

有一天我發現, 肥嫩的芹菜削去皮, 裡面的肉口感好像竹筍喔<br />
於是拿它做了包子<br />
