我連上了快要一個禮拜的班
整個人呈現快要發瘋的狀態

回到家都快虛脫
結果我昨天11點睡覺
好久沒這麼"早"上床了

i am wearing EDP/EDT every single day. they are just so critical as AM/PM showers. hahaha, i am a neat freak!

i always wound up with forgetting to take those supplements. as for the one for joints, yeah, i ASKED my folks to take them too. : ) here we go again: PREVENTION!!!

hah, Kelly, i am a super duper lazy typer. EDP/EDT are short for eau de parfum/eau de toilette.

well...i tried to convince myself that he wont dare do any harm on me. otherwise he will be so DEAD. haha Monkey Power rules : )

i was thumbing through Allure and saw ads for Clarins UVA/UVB spf40 lotion something...
(hope you know what the heck i was talking about)
have you tried that yet?
one thing here is sunblock with spf 20 below really gets me and my freaky skin INsecure. so i am using stuff w/ spf 30-35 at least all year round.

我下星期有到saks或是sephora在幫你看
她們的lip stick是不會乾只是我一直以來都不很喜歡lip stick 很顯色值久加一點triple-x 變很美
你貼的blush bronzer duo 看起來也是很美
btw nico很美有時候我都skip loose powder 直接上nico整臉氣色超級好
尤其現在我太需要好氣色因為我的hay fever今年有點嚴重我現在吃的藥不太管用眼睛也是癢癢又watery

parfum, EDP and EDT的不同是在於他們含的酒精.
parfum > EDP > EDT 價格也是
含的酒精量影響他們的濃度和值久度
常常parfum動不働就是$100以上又容量小
(這是小猴了解的如果有錯誤姊妹們請更正)

說的spf 以我的"酒乖"皮膚沒有30我都不敢出門
你的sofina我以前有要我妹妹從日本買回來過覺得很可以 the only good thing about it is its light-weight. that`s all about it.

Rio我喜歡比去的的island kisses (i dont really remember what its called) 還棒
重點是送的mini tote好美 : )

親愛的大家

可憐小猴有很嚴重的hay fever 應該就是中文所謂的花粉症(那是我日本妹妹這樣跟我說的因為我也不知道中文是蝦咪)
這星期因為特別嚴重影響我工作情緒很多東西要處理還有下星期有client presentations 所以it sucks to be me. 嗚嗚嗚

不過這個weekend 我就偷懶星期五上我的personal training. 我換一個trainer 他很tough 我直覺跟他說;我覺得我現在是在nazi concentration camp-_____-
星期六我的abs酸一笑肚子就痛痛痛
還有我昨天睡到下午4.30才起來 my dude跟我說:奇怪你怎麼這~~~~~~~~~~麼累*_____*
anyway weekend吃了一堆我在日本餐廳定的raw oysters 還有看了兩部電影加上昨天有facial 心情好很多

我有喝很多水我愛evian ^^
不知道在台灣你們有"A lot like love" "Interpreter

兩個都很棒
aston kutcher在a lot like love真的是白痴到lame ass的程度
interpreter讓我又更喜歡nicole kidman還有sean penn
但是很氣的是她們兩個居然連一個小小kissie都沒有你們注意nicole kidman在電影中的髮型 "美"

姊妹們

猴子我昨天去做facial microdermabrasion
你們有做過嘛? 我很喜歡在鼻子還有下巴的感覺舒服
不過在臉頰就覺得癢癢現在也有一點
做完microdermabrasion臉都亮了起來臉上的老舊東西也都清掉基本上就讓我的心情好了很多
最後敷了collagen更是"爽"

我一訂式hay fever嚴重到我腦袋不管用
不過好像也沒有靈光過 heehee

新的medication比較有用一點
不過我的doc說;慢慢會更見效 crossing my fingers
老實說;我已經被折磨的不成猴行

用nico上整臉很美氣色瞬間變好尤其是對於被hay fever折磨不成"猴"形的stila
他的shimmer實在很細不會變成十八銅人

我的hay fever今年嚴重到恐怖
鼻子也是癢癢癢還有一點腫喉嚨也是癢癢
眼睛更是癢 watery most of the time 也有一點腫
不過我用噴進去鼻子裡的medication減輕症狀很多希望我晚上稅好一點
我要去洗澡剛剛把client presentation的ppt做了差不多明天在改一下就可以跟我的team run thru

加上這幾天費城天氣很差我更是不舒服到極點
之前比較有精神作東西現在做的差不多要去洗澡

更氣的是我今天急著出門趕上班忘記把nasal gel帶出門
