你這個狀況叫作電腦的作業系統核心『死當』.
請你把設定改一下,讓它不會馬上重開機,
改法是:
桌面那個『我的電腦』按右鍵,選『內容』.
然後照我貼的右圖設定,
讓電腦在死當時,不會馬上重開機,
讓你有機會清楚地看到畫面上寫些什麼字.
然後請你把藍色畫面上寫的某".SYS"那個完整檔名抄下來,
整個畫面上所有的字都抄下來更好,
這樣就可以知道是哪一個驅動程式造成死當!
