Thank you. I'm really not happy about what I did. I think I come to realize that I can't be eating like this anymore. It's just my destiny that I have to eat less always. Even when I want to have a little treat, I have to keep it to the minimum. I will not give up. I will still try.
I will go to the gym longer and eat less (but more healthy) So many people are waiting for me to succeed. And I remember I was so happy and light when I was 55.
