我反而比較喜歡現在的感覺噎，怪怪的  :)
你去的應該是Gallery跟East  Bar，  蛋型廁所旁邊對不對？（我比較喜歡樓上的廁所）
比較常去Parlour喝午茶跟Lecture  room
G  floor的Gallery是比較普通  有一點擁擠  單純是氣氛啦
下次試試Lecture  Room,  雖然價位比較高但是裝潢食物都很正點，很棒喔！

我都是非尖峰時間去gym啦  一個月去一次很難遇到我吧  而且除非朋友找我一起去  其實我家就在附近  否則以我這種寧願賴在家的個性  不可能自己去做gym啦  哈哈  有時想想覺得錢都浪費了 
Carlton  Tower?你是指那Jumeirah嗎？我很想去那邊看看，只是離我家比較遠，聽說有比較便宜的package，聽說是五堂課配健身教練250鎊，Holmes  Place我只要付一個月好像是一百鎊多一點點左右。說不定我們有在knightsbridge遇過  我週末禮拜五下午比較常在Jumeirah附近“閒晃“  哈哈

看到你說TEN  TEN  TAI讓我好懷念呦
那是我來倫敦第一年時認識的日本同學推薦我去的
幾年前我和男友常常去
他的家常菜讓人吃得很愜意
鬧哄哄的感覺很溫暖

後來我們跟老闆混熟了(原因是每次都很貪吃點太多..:P)
他很可愛呦
有次因為我頭很痛所以臉色很差
他還跑過來幫我指壓
還教我男人要照做

其實在年初的時候會有OVERSEAS  VISITOR的  PACKAGE
不過名額有限
如果說沒有常常用的話我記得是挺划算的
記憶中好像是辦半年內可以用幾次...一千多的樣子
可是之前想要加入時她們名額已滿  @@

如果是正常的PACKAGE 
兩人一起加入好像是五千出頭
比一人的三千多要划算很多

另外也有只使用游泳池的(不用健身設備)的PACKAGE
兩千多英鎊..

在KNIGHTSBRIDGE要找到大一點的GYM真的很難
好的游泳池更是不可能的任務吧@@
Jumeirah  也挺小的
不過VIEW還不錯算是優點
缺點是在中午時段會看到很多濃妝妖女就是了><

Papillon真的是一間很漂亮的餐廳
而且名字很好聽"蝴蝶"
那天經過的時候覺得那些杯子都擺得好閃亮好浪漫^^

不過不知你會不會對KX那一帶有點感冒
(我在想你說不知如何形容的複雜感覺...)
覺得那一塊有點自成一格的SNOB
卻不知有啥好屌的感覺:P

KX是真的很摩登的樣子
全部在地底下不知在搞什麼花樣
不過運動完出來就在前面擺上一落餐廳
實在是很有心機

根本是害人吧

忽然想到有一次我跟老爺在那裡亂晃
看到有兩個自以為力與美的耍帥男在那裡開四輪迷你吉普車(非常阻礙交通)
結果沒兩秒鐘其中一個就翻車翻在Papillon店門側邊(當時好像還是舊的那家餐廳)
還被人家叫了救護車載走
唉唉叫好大聲呦..(肌肉男的哀號)~~害我當幫他臉紅@@
那附近囂張的人很多
很多都年輕多金又喝酒喝昏頭

GYM的話我沒參加耶
因為我有請一位PERSONAL  TRAINER到家裡來虐待我
我老爺則是獨愛游泳所以參加Jumeriah的游泳池會員

每年都可以看到一堆怪人與冰后

說到食物
JUMEIRAH下面的RIB  ROOM  &  OYSTER  BAR
英式烤牛肉還不錯吃
晚間有鋼琴伴奏感覺很輕鬆
想吃ROAST  BEEF算是還不錯的選擇
不過也有食評稱他OVERPRICED
幾年前他的PORTION都很巨大
約克夏布丁跟一個臉一樣大
最近一年大小有縮水
不過對女士來說算是一項福音
冬天很CRAVING洋蔥湯的時候
或是想自暴自棄的大口嚼肉
RibRoom簡直就像天堂一樣

最近忙得暈頭轉向
沒想到這裡熱鬧起來了呢  ^__^

大碗麵說實在是地點算不錯材料也低廉
所以人客源源不絕不怕沒有

我家老爺有去參加  Holmes  Place  啦
不過他是志在參加不在練身
跟你差不多是偶而去一次
不過頻率比你低太多了  呵呵

你喜歡吃  Potisserie  的牛排喔
我喜歡吃他們的牛肝
不過份量實在太多
吃太多會覺得小噁  >  o  <
不過說真的  Cream  Tea  介紹的  Rib  room  &  oyster  bar  很不錯
以前想吃肉食也偶而會去
他們的  signature  dish  都很不錯

PS.  小小幫你改錯一下  Yauatcha  可惜沒了牛肉麵  不過其他東西還都挺精緻的

不過在  Ipswich  那真的是頗遠的

從紐西蘭搬到英國也有八個月了,  至今仍處於`這裡物價怎麼那麼貴`的驚嚇狀態中.....
可是愛吃的習慣仍舊不改    踩了無數地雷後  終於買了2007年的Time  Out  Eating  &  Drinking  Guide  目前心得如下:

比利時
Belgo  -  我去過Covent  Garden和Clapham的分店    前者如果沒定位    侍者就會帶我們到一個別間    比較像食堂    不像餐廳    不過他也算是物美價廉了    Clapham的裝潢很特別    像是`具有未來感的酒窖`  一半是餐廳  另一半是Bar.  我最喜歡他們供應的水果啤酒    口味很多    至於Mussels  每次看到它的size  都讓我哀怨的懷念起紐西蘭的綠殼Mussel  又大又有肉...

泰國菜
Esarn  Khew  -  位於Shepherd`s  Bush,  主要是泰國東北地區的特色美食  據說1992年開店到現在  老店果然是有兩把刷子的    價格也不貴    有一道煎魚上面擺滿炒過的綠色九層塔和紅色辣椒    又漂亮又好吃  (不會很辣    那個辣椒祇是顏色好看而已)  泰式綠咖哩味道很正統    裡面還放新鮮無花果  還有泰式豬肉沙拉    配上糯米飯    好吃到破表

聽說Soho區的Wardour  Street上面有一家泰國餐廳  天天都有人排隊    有空時要去嚐嚐

中國菜
North  China  (www.northchina.co.uk)  -  位於Acton,  這說到中國菜就心酸    我不知踩了多少地雷    吃了多少黑心食品  只有這家我覺得不錯    用料新鮮    也不會勾太多芡  或是炸物裡大多是麵粉    只有一小塊肉  我那不愛吃豆類蔬菜的老公就愛他家的蒜炒荷蘭豆    回鍋肉  宮保蝦    醉雞  炒麵也很好吃    這家餐廳還有一份只寫中文的菜單    裡面都是山東美食    麵食類都是店裡師父手製    大魯面  豬肉炒粉    好吃!  過年時請台灣和外國友人在這裡吃晚餐    大家都讚不絕口

以上幾位推薦的我到是沒吃過    Kilburn對我來說有點遠  不過那張飛牛肉看得我口水直流  大碗面吃過一次    覺得不如何 

在Bayswater的Mandarin  Kitchen  (12-14  Queensway)是大地雷餐廳    在Time  out  guide裡還給了他一顆紅星推薦    龍蝦伊麵裡的龍蝦跟橡皮筋有得比    伊麵也是勾芡鉤的糊糊爛爛的    這家的煮法都是英國人會喜歡的  服務也很差勁

我還去過連鎖的Ping  Pong餐廳    主要是港式點心+雞尾酒吧    雞尾酒比東西好吃

義大利菜
Prosciutto  -這間位於Soho的義大利餐館  它在靠近Tottoham  Court  Road的Ed  Diner附近  窗戶上有一隻豬的圖案    週末一定是高朋滿座    便宜又好吃  聽同事說這間也有十多年歷史    我另一名挑嘴的義大利同事只吃這家的義大利菜    它的Pizza都是手做的    而且真的很道地  有波菜和蛋的批薩  有墨魚麵    海鮮麵    也有義大利檸檬甜酒Limoncello  <
