使這些虐待動物的社會敗類無法受到法律制裁
更使得這些在人類慾望下苟活的動物們無法伸張冤屈
我們只能靠民間團體薄弱的協助
但卻無法避免這些悲劇發生 只能在事後做搶救
希望藉由你我一點點轉寄的時間
讓更多人能夠看到這個令人震驚的事實
改變人們不尊重其他物種生存權的價值觀

What you see in the pictures are not exceptional but common cases in Taiwan.
Due to the incompletion of animal protection law, those businessmen, the
black sheep of the society, do not get any sanction or punish from the law.
What`s more, the tragic animals living under the control of grasping human
can never receive their rights and dignity.
We can only rely on the weak power from some non-governmental groups,
struggling to rescue those dogs after the tragedy, while with no approach to avoid those circumstances.
Hope that the few minutes for forwarding this letter will make more people know this shocked reality.
And to learn the value and respect of animal`s rights of life; to refuse to the pursuance of expensive species; to rather foster than to
purchase and reproduce.
