謝謝妳們的鼓勵呢!!...我知道的東西也不多耶...因為是Self-serving..所以我對失眠,  氣喘,  焦慮,  depression,  和乾性皮膚知道的`油`的knowledge比較多...大家多提一些問題也好刺激我多去看平常較少注意的部份...我玩精油也才兩年...不過是一玩起來就很迷..所以現在還算有點信心來分享  ;)

為了下星期的Presentation...我寫Powerpoint  Slides寫到快瘋掉...不過還是來簽到啦!

先說要定Quinessence的花水的美人...玫瑰水是可以買
買...不過他是用塑膠瓶裝的...你門有機會還是把它換成
玻璃瓶. 

ㄜ...我不太喜歡他的橙花和Roman  Camomile...
不過可能是個人喜好的問題....

如果大家對花水有興趣(中文好像叫他純露)..我下次再來Po幾個花水有名的Distiller.

想買Rose  Otto...(不管要從哪家買)可以先買Dilute  過的...玫瑰精油是濃縮度非常高的油...5%  dilute的玫瑰油就相當於其他濃度100%的精油

告還強^^哪天化妝品也可以從你撈到一點`經濟支援`

敏感肌的話在用精油時要小心一些...很多柑橘類的精油
容易造成光敏感和刺激性...可以避免的話就不要用. 
Lawless的精油百科裡頭會標示出每種精油的致敏性...可
以多參考. 

容易出油的話基底油就避免用太重或太營養的...Facial
  Oil的使用頻率也可以稍微降低...作為每週一或二次的
特殊護理

用Facial  Oil做過臉部按摩之後..可以用面紙把多餘的油
擦掉...想要更清爽一點甚至可以噴一些Hydrosol在臉上
之後用面紙吸乾...多餘的油份殘留在臉上..容易讓你冒
痘痘呦

毛孔並不像人想像的會真的收縮或是放大.改善毛孔粗大
第一件重要的是就是避免過度刺激或是拉扯你的皮膚...
過度的蒸臉,  做臉,  擠粉刺,按摩時用力過重拉扯皮
膚,  洗臉時太Rough,或是使用太粗操的Facial  cloth
都是造成毛孔粗大的原因.過度的磨砂,  去角質,  除了會
破壞皮膚自然的代謝,  也容易造成微血管破裂(泛紅)和容
易過敏

我用不管哪家的唇蜜好像都會這樣...可能因為我喜歡擦得`飽飽`的...所以常常都在擦掉重新補...不過倒是不覺得麻煩..反而覺得這樣比較乾淨..-而且到目前為止...好像沒有任何一家的口紅或是唇蜜嚐起來`口味好`的...

Sorry  to  make  you  wait  about  the  hydrosols..most  of  them  are  in  the  UK  or  the  mainland  Europe.  I  hate  to  mention  something  good  but  not  friendly/reachable  for  our  ladies  in  the  US  ><

Here  are  some  reputable  dealers  based  in  the  US..you  can  definately  find  Rosehip  oil  here  and  also  a  range  of  hydrosols.  but  I`ve  never  tired~~so  can`t  tell  the  quality  though.  Probably  you  guys  can  teach  me  something  new  next  time  :)

你家貓貓狗狗是什麼品種滴?  是不是有布偶喵?  我本來很想再買一隻Lynx  Point...還有我家那口子喜歡Bi-colour...可是想想要出國時找人照顧很麻煩..而且我家那貓爺可能會老大不爽..所以就算啦...我家咪咪很少叫優...他都用`說`的...伊伊歪歪的聲音...根本不像貓..我有時想他是外星人派來監視地球人收集資料的間諜...我男朋友說..他就是靠著那張臉吃飯~~阿~~就是可愛到讓人不知道該怎辦><  ><  ><

我沒用過他的唇蜜或是脣膏...我只用過Inverted  Lipliner  and  Venom  Flash  in  Gold  and  Silver...They  are  just  wonderful...豐唇的效果還真的是有呦...很有限就是...重點是嘴唇真的看起來好好吃的樣子(~~好色~~)

下一次想試試看他接近膚色的唇蜜...

Here  are  some  tricks  I  used  to  calm  a  very  hyper  tummy...

first  of  all,  I  heard  from  a  Chinese  herbalist  telling  me  that  rice  porridge  is  actually  not  very  good  for  the  stomach  especially  for  people  who  suffer  hyperacidity..  so  when  the  tummy  is  weak..  try  to  avoid  rice  porridge.

You  can  also  top  up  some  good  bacteria  in  your  digestion  system  ...  try  the  supplement  with  dophilus,  such  as  the  Advanced  Multi-Billion  Dophilus  by  solgar...  on  a  daily  basis...  it  will  help  your  tummy  to  stay  calm  and  strong  even  when  strange  new  food  or  bacteria  enters  your  system.

please  avoid  any  raw  food...  including  salad...  eat  cooked  veggie  ...  that`s  easier  for  your  tummy  as  well.

You  can  also  try  a  hot  compress,  bath  or  message  with  essential  oil  to  help  release  the  feeling  of  nausea  or  irritated  bowel.. 

to  make  the  message  oil...mix  4  drops  of  lavender,  ginger,  (peppermint  -  when  you  feel  really  sick  and  want  to  vomit)  and  geranium  in  25  ml  of  base  oil.  Massage  your  solar  plexus/abdomen  with  a  clockwise  direction.

to  make  a  aromatherapy  bath  ...  simply  add  those  essential  oil  into  your  bath  tub...  you  can  even  make  infused  rock  sea  salt  with  the  oil  in  a  larger  quantity..  so  you  don`t  need  to  blend  all  the  time...(use  one  cup  of  the  sea  salt  to  replace  the  25  ml  of  base  oil) 

for  a  hotcompress...  use  one  litter  of  very  hot  water..  add  the  same  amount  of  essential  oil  in...  leave  it  for  10  minutes  and  soak  a  towel  with  the  infused  water....place  it  on  your  tummy...  use  a  hot  water  bottle  on  top  of  the  compress  to  keep  the  compress  warm
