Elections in Taiwan, unlike that in the West and even in Ukraine:
1) have no serial-numbered ballots, making production of false ballots easy.
2) Many elections previous conducted in open grounds (i.e. schools) now conducted in hidden, small, dank ones (i.e. temples)
3) Gerrymandering is rampant, (i.e. by separating 5 municipalities election from local elections, Nationalist supporters living outside of 5 municipalities are shipped by the bus-load to vote in 5 municipalities, where usually they are register by the dozen to 1 single address fit for living for 4.
4) Electon commission that monitors elction fraud now have not opposition party members.
5) The shooter of Lien Chan’s son is nicked named ‘Ma-faced’ a member of a subsidiary gang of the Bamboo Gang, a direct descendent of Dictator Chiang Kai-Shek’s infamous Green Gang.

In sum, The ruling Nationalist regime has made election fraud an art that makes election in Falangist Spain, Peronist Argentina, Nazi Germany and even Junta-dominated Burma election look like simpleton by comparison.
