A 192kb file seems to be sending itself around via MSN messenger, if you open the file it sends itself onto your contacts, telling them you are sending them a file of variable name, the files have so far been called:
Naked_drunk.pif
Funny.pif
Lol.pif
Webcam.pif
me_2005.pif
Its called Iexplore.exe (though its msn filename varies) and sits in system32.
To disable it do the following:
1.Go "Start" > "Run" then type msconfig
2. Go to the startup tab
3. Scroll to near the bottom and untick iexplore.exe
4. Restart your machine - Job done
To remove the actual file, go to the win32 system folder, then in the app bar go to:
tools > folder options > view and uncheck "hide protected operating system files"
You can now see the file iexplore.exe in the win 32 folder and delete it.
If anyone can find where this file actually is then I`ll add that too. I can`t find anything in system32 called iexplore
