說到MIT,我男朋友考1500但還是沒進去..哎..怎麼會這樣~~

後來我們想想,也許是因為進名校有力的推薦函
會大大的加分吧~

推荐函是老師的嗎!?
高中沒有教授啊!?
那...
數學會考到什麼程度!?
剛剛花了頗多時間看mit的網站
不過它只提到什麼什麼考試的
並沒有說的很清楚
誰能大概的解釋一下!?

ㄚ...我之前打好多不知為啥都不見了..
SAT1的數學都很簡單啦
只是題目真的很多
解題速度一定要快 不然會來不及
答錯也會倒扣
英文部分很難~~(我覺得啦)
有時候意思都知道 還是不知道要選哪個才對
不過多練習就好啦
你現在就可以開始準備了
還有你也可以考AP(ADVANCED PLACEMENT PROGRAM)
他是一個難度比較高的考試
讓你提早學習大學裡面的東西

MIT說如果英文不是你的母語的話
考toefl跟sat2的數學跟物理or化學or生物兩科就好了
不過我想如果你可以考toefl,sat1 n sat2
三個都考的話 應該會比較好
再加上AP的話~~~希望不小喔~

Anyways, I'd really appreciated it if you could answer some questions for me...
Just wondering what's the approximate tuition for grad school (while you were there..it might changed a bit...presumably !?), and were the scholarships difficult to apply? what are the requirements for scholarships in harvard ? (or any of the other ivy league school that u know of?)

I'm currently an undergrad at UBC (don't know if you have ever heard of it...:p it's in vancouver, Canada) and I'm "THINKING" of applying for grad schools in the states, after I graduate...
But unfortunately I don't have too much info about the school systems over there... (and it's a lot of hassel to look on the websites since there are endless directories for me to search.... @___@)

Anyways..just happened to see your msg and thought you might help me to find the answers since you were one of the grads from the state... most grad i know are from Canada....so....haha

我覺得如果是在美國以外唸高中畢業的不需要SAT 會有點不公平說...我那時念sat念到吐血 每天狂翻單字卡和狂背單字 差點沒瘋掉...

最近剛考過AMT(美國高中數學...)
覺得題目頗簡單的 不過要做的很快就是了
唉...
其實我最喜歡的科目是物理！ 哈哈 想到就開始笑...
昨天啊 偷偷背了三十個單字
像加速度 向心加速度 移動 轉動 振動 之類的
因為學校應文學的再多 應該也教不到這兒
嗯 要開始拼英文了

要考吧，至少我知道的學校有要求SAT I(or ACT) and 3 SAT II subject tests，除非所在國沒有SAT test center。把SAT和托福相比蠻奇怪的，美國高中比台灣高中用功的很多喔，而且兩邊的教育精神也不一樣耶。
