  • 我個人是推薦你~可以運動快走加上跳鄭多燕~快走~可以瘦全身~再搭配跳鄭多燕可以雕朔身材尤其是屁股跟腰比較有曲線
  • 我是覺得3餐定時定量少吃零食多運動 才是最健康對身體又好的 而且要慢慢瘦肉才不會鬆垮也比較有線條
