覺得煮魚湯的魚肉很嫩,魚湯又鮮甜<br />
如果煮魚湯,魚肉我能吃掉大半呢<br />

用烤箱烤也很方便~但魚是鯖魚<br />
我家都買,薄鹽,剖半真空包裝的那種<br />
鋪鋁箔紙後,直接放入烤箱~有皮的那面向上<br />
不需翻面~那個肉~OH~鮮甜多汁~嫩吶~! (((流口水ing~ XD<br />
