To 蜜蜂糖 HK is a grate place to go...lots of delicious food and good places for shopping... i go there once a year during my summer vacation to visit my HK friends... everytime i visit HK...i eat a lot BUT i also walk a lot (of coz for shopping!!!)...so i do not gain ANY weight at all...so just 出門就是要好好玩 好好享受...that`s you point of goint abraod! but remember~ Walk Walk and Walk + drink lots of H2O!!! p.s....im at school now...no chinese input here...sorry@@ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- morning: 300cc warm water + whole grain x2 (90x2=180 cal) + low fat ham x4 (10x4=40 cal)
lunch: Dunkin` Donut`s samll franch ice coffee with splanda and milk so maybe...below 50 cal???
To 蜜蜂糖 ya...it was very 油膩!!! but fortunately the sushi was alright =D it was US$20 (NT$700) for lunch! but it would be over US$30 (NT$ 1000 up) for dinner..... it wasn`t worthy @@

exercise: Fast walk 20 min...Touring in Museum of Fine Arts for 1 hour
weight: 3/23- 107.6 lb 3/26- 109.8 lb
omg... i gained 2.2 lb = 1 kg!!!...hopefully most of the weight comes from MC........
