Here is the receipe for Chicken Feet Soup:
1) 2 lbs of clean chinken feet (most found in asian markets), some slices of ginger, 2-3 dry shitake mushroom(soak in water first), some rice wine.
2) put 1) in a pot, adding water over Chicken feet, when it`s boiling turn to simmer for another 30-40 mins or so. put some salt, white pepper for flavoring.
Some time I add some peanuts or soy beans to promote its effect.
I`ll encourage you to eat that chicken feet as well the soup if eating chicken feet not freaking you out! lol And please try to eat chicken feet soup at least 3 times a week.
BTW, massaging is very important, too. You may use "CHI" massage in 360 rotations twice a day (body lotion, Vit E oil, Carrier oil blended...)
method follows:
1) Put your both hands on both boobies, L hand on L boobie, R hand on R boobie, pressing a bit firmly .
2). using inwards motion then down and then around your boobies, back to center, that`s one cycle.
3). do it in 360 cycles=rotations.
